Dean joined the family business in 2006 after working at Heathrow, Luton, and London City airports in varying roles, such as Lost Baggage Officer and Dispatcher.
Dean is also a keen SCUBA diver, and he gained his PADI qualification in February 2006. He also enjoys singing and playing his guitar in pubs and clubs, and performing anything from the Beatles to Kenny Rogers!

Lisamarie works in the office at Sevenoaks Water Softeners. She is the voice at the end of the phone, and the diary organiser. Lisamarie loves reading and writing, and has written three complete novels so far. She can usually be found curled up with a good book and a bar of chocolate! Ian has been in the water treatment industry for over 25 years, and he knows his stuff! He started his own commercial water treatment business, BAYLY Environmental Services Ltd, in 1990, and this has grown from strength to strength.In his spare time, Ian enjoys SCUBA diving, and has reached the rank of Assistant Instructor with PADI, the world-renowned SCUBA diving association.
