Servicing

Most domestic water softeners would benefit from servicing at least every 3 years. We are in a position to offer full servicing or upgrading on Fleck and Autotrol valves. The added bonus for you is that we do not charge by the hour. We believe in having a set charge so there are no surprises.

For Fleck and Autotrol domestic valves we have a standard service price of £90 (inc VAT) this includes:

• Full strip down, clean and rebuild of the softener valve
• Replacement valve discs (Autotrol only)
• Replacement brine valve (Fleck only)
• Settings check and adjustment if needed

Any other parts needed will be charged as extra.

If you are not sure of the softener valve make, we will be happy to come and inspect it (in our local area). If it is not a head that we can service, there will be no charge for the visit. Alternatively, you can email Dean (our servicing expert) a photo of the softener head.
