Dear Dean We just wanted to say a big thank you for the installation of our water softener last year. We really appreciated the fuss free installation along with the commentary on your progress. Since then, we’ve certainly noticed a big difference. We’ve not had to constantly buy expensive limescale prevention and removal products like previously and although I have not done the calculations yet, we’ve also noticed we are using a lot less soap and shampoo. Now we can honestly say that we feeling like we are doing a small bit to help the environment. Also, I guess like many others, I really felt we were not drinking enough water. Now, it’s actually a pleasure to drink the water straight from the tap via the reverse osmosis unit and we don’t have to buy filters for the water jug any more. It’s just so much easier and we feel so much better for it. So thanks once again for a great product and service. ************************ We have been very pleased with the result the new unit is smaller than the original and appears to be working well. Dean did an excellent job not only with the actual installation, but also by tidying up the existing pipe and replacing the drinking fountain. The root of our problem might have been the 8 bar water pressure in our house and a previous pressure reduction valve not being effective. Dean installed one of your devices which does work and put our minds at rest. 8 bar does seen a lot and we always turned the water off when we were away.
